What is your return policy?

We offer a 21-day full-refund return policy from date of delivery if you are not satisfied with your order. All returns must be post-dated within 21 days of delivery and include your first and last name along with your email address. However, at this time, we are unable to cover return shipping costs- domestically and internationally.

All returns may be mailed to Eternally Chic Boutique, LLC at our mailing address 690 Main Street #670 Safety Harbor, FL 34695. All tags must still be attached and all products in new, un-used condition in order to be eligible for a return. Select products are final sale as noted, including all hair accessories, hats, flags, bags, totes, and others as noted. Refunds will be issued once the return is confirmed. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns beforehand, we will do everything we can to assist you and enhance your experience with us here at Eternally Chic!

Eternally Chic Boutique, LLC reserves the right to deny any returns and/or refunds based on the stated conditions above. Please contact support with any questions or concerns.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a large variety of payment methods, including:

VISA, VISA-Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard-Maestro, American Express (AMEX), Discover, PayPal, PayPal-Pay Later, KLARNA, Apple Pay, Diner's Club International, China Union Pay (CUP), Japanese Credit Bureau (JCB), and CartesBancaires (France), and Venmo!

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes!  We now offer E-Gift Cards that never expire! If you are interested in purchasing a gift card scroll down to our "Gift Card" tab and if you have any additional questions, please email us at support@eternallychicboutique.com.

When will my order arrive?

Due to current U.S. shipping delays, domestic packages are expected to arrive between 5-14 business days. International orders may arrive between 7-21 business days. You can track your order once shipping confirmation is received via email.

Please contact support if you do not receive your package within 21 business days. (Your patience is appreciated during this time!)
